Typically our lights display starts Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and goes until January 1st every year.

Online Orders

Orders will ship in 2-5 business days. A UPS tracking number will be sent via email once shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Once your order is delivered, the products will have no less than 5 weeks.

We are unable to change the billing address. For shipping address changes, please call 800 284 7488 or email us at info@herrs.com before your order ships. Once it ships, we are unable to make changes.

You will see a pending charge on your statement that will clear within 1 – 5 business days.

No. We only ship to physical addresses.

Our facility is third party food safety and food quality audited. We have established allergen control programs.

Products

Snack bags have to have space in the bag to flush them with nitrogen gas to replace the oxygen. Nitrogen then acts as a natural preservative keeping your snacks fresh longer!

Our products are made with a formula in place for ideal application rate. Application machinery has some variability in it. Please reach out to our customer service team at 1-800-523-5030 with any concerns.

We do our best to prevent breakage in the factory. Breakage is usually due to shipping and handling methods that vary on how far the product travels or how each location handles the bags. Our employees are trained to handle the bags gently. The air in the bag is there to protect as well. Please reach out to our customer service team at 1-800-523-5030 with any concerns.

Visitor Center Store

Since we are a facility that produces food, animals are not allowed in the building. ADA Approved Service Animals are permitted in the lobby.

Yes. Our Gift Shop is open to the public. Opened Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm EST. Closed major Holidays.

Factory Tour

We are a live manufacturing facility and tours may be affected by our production schedule. Production times can change at any time without notice. Areas that are not producing will be shown by video in that part of the tour.

Your tour will take up to 1 – 1.5 hours depending on the manufacturing schedule and if there are questions. We love questions!

Closed-toed, rubber-soled shoes are recommended. This is a walking tour. There are no seating areas along the tour route. During your tour you will walk between three different buildings. Please feel free to bring along rain gear. Walkers and canes are allowed but are not recommended for factory tours. Herr's can provide wheelchairs in these cases on a first come first served basis.

Tours will proceed rain or shine. In the event of thunderstorms or severe weather, tours may be interrupted.

You can check in and receive your tickets at the front desk with the name on your booking. We recommend checking in 10 minutes prior to allow time to use our restrooms in the lobby. There are no restrooms on the tour route.

Arriving late may cause you to miss your tour. Please give us a call at 1-800-284-7488 and we may be able to catch you up to your tour or move your booking to a later tour based on availability.

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, please call 1-800-284-7488. Same day rescheduling must be done before the time of your tour. All transfers will incur a $5 transfer fee in order to move your tour and tickets cannot be split. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you purchased Peek Protect with your tour, you can request a refund up to 24hrs prior through your Peek Protect receipt email. We cannot offer refunds in person or by phone.

If someone in your group is experiencing COVID symptoms or is not feeling well, please do not visit or tour the Herr's facilities. To reschedule, please call 1-800-284-7488. Same day rescheduling must be done before the time of your tour. Refunds are only given by purchasing Peek Protect and requesting through your Peek Protect receipt email up to 24hrs prior.

For the privacy of our employees and the safety of others, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted on the tour. You are welcome to take as many photos as you like in the Visitor Center lobby and gift shop.

We are a tobacco free campus. For the health and safety of our employees, products, and visitors: smoking, vaping and other tobacco usage is NOT permitted on campus.

There is handicap parking located at the front of the Visitor Center on a first-come, first-served basis as well as a drop-off location at the front entrance. Our tour is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchairs may be provided at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. These must be operated by someone in your group as tour staff are unable to do so.

Herr Foods Inc. is a facility that produces and sells food products. Therefore, pets are NOT ALLOWED in the factory or in the visitor center. Service animals are permitted provided that they are properly restrained and do not pose a threat to guests, employees, or our food products.
